Brit Bonus Index is an independent comparison site. For privacy purposes, we are the data controller for the limited personal information processed through this site. We are not a gambling operator and we do not hold gambling accounts.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
- Usage data. With your consent, we collect aggregated analytics about how pages are used, such as which reviews are read most.
- Cookie preferences. We store your cookie choice so we do not keep asking.
We do not ask for financial details, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, to understand which content is useful, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent — for analytics and non-essential cookies — you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted service providers, for example hosting and analytics, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. When you follow a link to an operator, that operator's own privacy policy applies to anything you do on their site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. To make a request, use our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them. Analytics data is held in aggregated form.
